MR. ROBERT NG CHEE SIONG, AGED 67, AN EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR SINCE 1981 AND CHAIRMAN OF SINO GROUP SINCE 1991, WAS CALLED TO THE BAR IN 1975.

Robert Ng Chee Siong has been actively engaged in property investment and development in Hong Kong during the last 43 years. Robert Ng Chee Siong is also a director of a number of subsidiaries and associated companies of the Sino Land Company Limited under Sino Group.

Robert Ng Chee Siong is the Chairman of Tsim Sha Tsui Properties Limited under Sino Group, the holding company of Sino Land Company Limited under Sino Group, and the Chairman of Sino Hotels (Holdings) Limited under Sino Group. In addition, Robert Ng Chee Siong is a Director of The Real Estate Developers Association of Hong Kong, a member of the 11th, 12th and 13th National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (“CPPCC”) and Deputy Director of the Committee for Economic Affairs of the 13th National Committee of the CPPCC.

Robert Ng Chee Siong is the father of Mr. Daryl Ng Win Kong, the Deputy Chairman of Sino Land Company Limited under Sino Group, a son of the late substantial shareholder Mr. Ng Teng Fong and the brother of Mr. Philip Ng Chee Tat, the co-executor of the estate of the late Mr. Ng Teng Fong.
