A total of 60 properties managed by Sino Property Services have been recognised at the Excellence in Facility Management Award 2022, including Olympian City which received the Grandmaster Award (Retail), and Grand Central which won the Gold Award (Theme Award – Smart Technology).      

Organised by The Hong Kong Institute of Facility Management, the EFMA aims at promoting the facility management profession and recognising the excellence in performance of delivering quality service to local and overseas facilities.
