Grand Central has won the Gold Award in the ‘Best Green Development’ category and the Silver Award in the ‘Best Urban Regeneration Project’ at MIPIM Asia Awards 2021. 

Organised by MIPIM Asia, the region’s leading real estate platform, the annual awards have been honouring excellence and innovation in outstanding and distinguished projects across Asia Pacific since 2007.  Grand Central has been shortlisted from close to 100 entries from more than 10 countries and territories across the region by an independent jury comprising market experts.  The gold, silver and bronze winners are then determined by voting by the jury and MIPIM community.
