Senior Project Manager/ Project Manager

Development Division

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic management of tenders and contracts for non-trade Group procurement of Sino Land and Sino Group of Hotels, annual review of non-trade Group procurement potential which offers cost savings across the Group, and to ensure integrity and ethics are sustained throughout the purchasing process. Manager (Risk Management)

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will work in the Risk Management Team and assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of the Enterprise Risk Management Policy and Framework for the Group.  He / she will co-ordinate regular risk assessment (including update of risk registers) and internal-control self assessments and review the assessment results.  He / she will assist in preparing relevant reports and papers to Senior Management and the Audit Committee.  Other duties include conducting consultancy review and research on specific risk / governance topics.  He / she will also participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned from time to time.

Requirements

  • Degree holder, major in accounting, risk management, finance or relevant disciplines
