Assistant Manager, Leasing Department
Few years ago, I was still a University student preparing for different job interviews. After then, I became one of the Sino management trainees, accumulating a lot of interesting learning experience.
We could rotate to 3 different departments during Sino Management Trainee Program, so that we could better understand the property industry and develop our network. My first attachment was at Industrial Leasing, where I gained insights on the leasing procedures and operations under our senior colleagues’ kind guidance. I was also given opportunities to communicate with external parties, such as tenants, to understand their needs and agents to exchange market news. Currently, I am attached to Retail Marketing & Promotion Team. I am challenged to think boldly and creatively while executing the plan detail-mindedly. Despite of some difficulties, I have gained a great sense of satisfaction after overcoming them.
Besides the attachments, management trainees have been provided many chances to participate in different corporate events. In the first month after I joined Sino, I took part in the sales activities of our new residential project in Kowloon. Recently, I was involved in the handover activities of another new residential project in Hong Kong Island. These have broadened my horizon because it was my first time closely interacting with our customers as a frontline staff.
I have also joined Sino’s corporate social responsibility events including volunteering and fund-raising activities, allowing me to get in touch with people of different social backgrounds.
I enjoy working in Sino which gives me a fruitful and interesting work life. And I am very glad to be accompanied by my management trainee buddies. If you are interested in developing your career in property industry and wish to take up challenges upon graduation, Sino management trainee program must be your choice!
