Responsibilities

Requirements

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will provide full range of secretarial support to an executive in both business and personal matters. Major duties include meeting arrangements, maintaining executive’s schedule, arranging travel itinerary, flight, accommodation reservation and visa application. He / She will also handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (emails, letters, packages etc.) as well as receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate. Other duties include communicating with drivers, internal and external parties extensively, and conduct research as assigned.

  • At least 2 year of experience in sizeable organizations
  • Good spoken and written English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
