Officer (Training & Development) (Ref: O-TD)

Human Resources Department

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will assist Manager (Training & Development) in the implementation of talent development projects.  He/ She will also be responsible for managing social media platforms, liaising with universities for enhancing employer brand, managing vendors, benchmarking on the best practices and assisting in ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or Degree holder preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent
  • 2 years’ work experience in training / talent development preferred
  • Mature and strong in coordination for project implementation
  • Service-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A strong team player, outgoing and passionate to work
  • Competent in MS Office and the application of technologies in work

Internal Auditor (Ref: SIA/IA)

Internal Audit Department

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will assist managers in conducting financial and operational audits on local and overseas operations of the Group. Major duties include using a risk-based approach in drafting audit programs, testing the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls of business units and reporting the audit results with value-added recommendations.

Requirements

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years of internal audit experience in sizable property development company
  • Proficient in written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is a must
  • Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
  • Overseas travel is required

Accounts Department

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will assist the team in answering the telephone enquiries from tenants in respect of billing amounts, maintaining the data in respect of tenants’ ledgers and providing supports to all matters related to Income Control.

  • Diploma in Accounting or LCCI third level or equivalent with 2 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and monitoring the construction work site to ensure timely completion of projects with high quality standard.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Higher Certificate in Building Studies or equivalent
  • At least 6 years of proven site working experience in residential building construction
  • Sound technical knowledge gained with building contractors

Safety Inspector (Ref: SI)

Development Division

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will inspect construction projects, give advice on safety improvements, monitor site safety performance of contractors, and liaise with project management teams and other consultant parties to enhance safety management. Conducting site safety training for technical staff is also part of this role.

Requirements

  • Diploma / Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health or equivalent
  • Registered with the Hong Kong Labour Department as Safety Officer
  • Minimum two years of site safety experience related to construction of high-rise buildings
  • Good command of English for report-writing
  • Site-based work location

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will carry out inspection to construction activities to monitor/ control site work progress and quality in accordance with contract requirement and specification.

  • Certificate in Building Studies or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of working experience in residential building construction for site work quality control and supervision

Requirements

  • Form 5 or above with English passed in HKCEE
  • Holder of valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Green Card) is required
  • 2-3 years of site experience preferred
  • Good knowledge of PC operations and Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
