Internal Auditor (Ref: SIA/IA)

Internal Audit Department

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will assist managers in conducting financial and operational audits on local and overseas operations of the Group. Major duties include using a risk-based approach in drafting audit programs, testing the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls of business units and reporting the audit results with value-added recommendations.

Requirements

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years of internal audit experience in sizable property development company
  • Proficient in written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is a must
  • Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
  • Overseas travel is required

Quantity Surveyor/ Senior Quantity Surveyor (Ref: QS/SQS)

Development Division

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will handle contract administration and award, cost estimation with analysis and maintain cost data bank, liaise with the project management team and other consultant parties.

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of quantity surveying experience in overall building development process from inception to completion
  • Solid experience with property developer or consultancy firm in Hong Kong
  • Good command of English report writing

Digital Marketing Officer (Leasing Marketing & Promotion) (Ref: DMO-LMP)

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Digital Marketing Manager to plan and implement digital marketing strategies for leasing department. He/ She will also assist in developing and managing various digital platforms to drive sales lead and enhance engagement, including but not limited to execute digital media plan through Display Ad, Search Marketing (SEM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), social media and partnership. Further duties includes : digital platform development, measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns, manage and maintain audience measurement tools.

Requirements

  • Degree holder or equivalent, preferably major in Marketing, Business and Communications
  • Minimum 3 years digital marketing experience
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills in resulting effective and productive campaign management
  • Strong analytic skills, data-driven decision making, prior working experience in SEM, SEO, Google Analytics, CMS and database management is preferred
  • Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English are essential

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing all-round office administration duties, monitoring and following up regular replenishment of office supplies and office maintenance services, assisting in the preparation of monthly reports with progress updates and handling ad hoc duties or projects as assigned.

Marketing Officer – Malls Loyalty Program (Ref: O-MLP)

Leasing Department

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be involved in planning and designing of Sino malls loyalty program initiatives towards the strategic goals and enhance sales performance of tenants as a whole. He/ She will also be helping to drive for the implementation of aggressive action plans, including but not limited to membership promotion, privileges, communication, partnership programs, etc. Further duties include: conduct analysis, perform data mining, translate the findings into meaningful strategic action plans, as well as forecast and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or other related disciplines is preferred
  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in loyalty program or marketing.
  • Creative, responsible, out-going, organized, able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work under pressure
  • Pro-active, dynamic and self-disciplined with positive attitude
  • Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English are essential
  • Prior working experience in data mining, analysis and developing loyalty program initiatives will be an advantage

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will support the marketing manager in day to day marketing activities. He / She will assist in the execution of leasing marketing and promotion plan across different communication channels and has to work closely with external and internal parties. He / She will also keep track on both offline and online media performance of marketing campaigns and prepare reports to analyze the effectiveness in order to facilitate the future planning. Other duties include conducting market research to analyze competitors’ marketing activities and the overall market trend for helping the team to generate insights about the digital innovation updates.

Requirements

  • Degree holder or equivalent, preferably major in Marketing, Business or Communications
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in marketing, advertising or digital field
  • Excellent coordination skills with agencies and production houses
