Senior Officer (Asset Enhancement) (Ref: SO-AE)

Leasing Department

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, implementation and quality control for the enhancement works to existing properties. He / She will also assist in conducting feasibility study, preparing conceptual scheme and liaison with designers, consultants and contractors to ensure completion of projects within time, cost and standards set by management in the most cost-effective manner.

Requirements

  • Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Surveying, Building Studies or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of local experience in handling sizeable projects with property developers or consultant firms
  • Must have good knowledge on the applicable codes and regulations on development control in Hong Kong, especially those related to alteration /addition works and change of use of building
  • Must have uncompromising integrity and good communicate skills

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Senior Manager to plan the integrated marketing and communications strategy for leasing department of the group. He/ She will assist in developing and managing various social media platforms to drive brand awareness and enhance target audience engagement, including but not limited to content creation, execute social media advertising plan, Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and creating performance reports for various campaigns. Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and implementing the Education Programme under Hong Kong Innovation Foundation. He/ She will liaise with community partners (NGOs, Primary and Secondary School) of the Hong Kong Innovation Foundation, assist in coordinating and executing outreach education programmes with community Partners and manage student database (including data checking, analysis and generating reports etc.). He/ She will also support the daily operation including enquiry & administrative tasks, prepare course materials, collect information for case reporting and programme development. Requirements

  • Bachelor degree holder, major in Education preferred but not essential
