Senior Leasing Officer (Residential / Serviced Apartments) (Ref: SLO-R-SA)

Leasing Department

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will report to the Leasing Manager and handle all leasing activities including new lettings, renewals, direct marketing, market research, budget preparation and tenancy administration (for short-term serviced apartment & long-term residential leasing). Further duties include coordinating premises takeover and handover, fitting-out and renovation management and handling enquiries and complaints.

Requirements

  • University degree or above
  • Minimum 5 years of real estate related experience

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Senior Manager to plan the integrated marketing and communications strategy for leasing department of the group. He/ She will assist in developing and managing various social media platforms to drive brand awareness and enhance target audience engagement, including but not limited to content creation, execute social media advertising plan, Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and creating performance reports for various campaigns. Senior Systems Engineer

Responsibilities

Reporting to the System Manager, core responsibilities of this role are to manage, config and deploy servers .e.g. Window Servers , Active Directory, Office 365, VM ; to ensure the highest level of their availability. The successful candidate will perform installation, configuration, testing and maintaining operating systems, application software and system management tools. In addition, He/She will assist juniors on executing, monitoring, and completing all related Backup Operations issues. He/She will take part on planning, designing, and transforming environments from on-premises to cloud-based. The candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather technical requirements, architect solutions and execute on deliverables.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related disciplines in IT operations and system integration
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience

The successful candidate will be involved in planning and designing of Sino malls loyalty program initiatives towards the strategic goals and enhance sales performance of tenants as a whole.
