Manager / Assistant Manager (Community Services) (Ref: M/AM-CS)

Community Affairs Department

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and implementing the community services of the Group, staffs volunteering activities and stakeholder engagement activities. He/ She will also promote corporate volunteering by engaging colleagues to participate in community services, organize community services to engage internal and external stakeholders and liaise with community partners of the community services of the Group. Other duties include assisting in coordination and on-site support of the sponsorship events as well as managing volunteer service hour record (including data checking, analysis and generating reports etc.).

Requirements

  • Degree in Social Science or CSR-related disciplines preferred
  • At least 6 years’ relevant experience in sizeable organisations with proven track record in coordinating and executing large scale community activities / programmes
  • Strong liaison and networking skills with organisational, planning and execution skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, and a good team player
  • Good command of English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS office applications including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing
  • Passionate to social contribution and willing to work outside normal office hours occasionally

Manager / Assistant Manager – Digital Marketing (Leasing Marketing & Promotions) (Ref: M/AM-LMP)

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible to develop digital marketing strategies for leasing department to drive business growth. He/ She will also be in creating digital marketing campaigns and activities for effective lead generation, including but not limited to Display Ad, Search Marketing (SEM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), social media, content marketing and marketing partnership. Requirements

Responsibilities

This position revolves around managing a portfolio of quality investment properties with the aim of achieving promising results. The successful candidates will assist the manager to lead the leasing team to work on new letting, renewals, direct marketing, market research, budget preparation and tenancy administration. Further duties include managing day-to-day business operations and providing professional leasing services including strategic positioning of investment properties, co-ordination of takeover and handover of premises, management of fitting-out works and renovation works, co-ordination with related parties on property management, monitoring of rates administration and ad hoc duties. The incumbent will also need to explore new clients through business connections and marketing events.

Requirements

  • University graduate or related professional qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, leasing, liaison with tenants and prospects as well as tenancy administration

He/ She will lead the spending program operation flow and program manual set up, support and coordinate the program’s daily operation with individual malls. Further duties include reviewing and optimizing the program’s digital platform/CMS user experience, database analysis and review of enquiries and complaints.

Requirements

The successful candidate will report to Senior Manager of Business Technology Department and work with various business units to define and implement innovative solutions, lead efforts in bringing cutting-edge technologies to the organization, provide relevant suggestions to drive business values, initiate the projects, define processes and goals. Responsibilities

The successful candidate will handle projects independently from inception to final completion including project planning, negotiation with project design teams and relevant Government sectors. He/ she will also give advice on all contractual issues and M/E works, prepare budget for installations and monitoring work progress, check and assess variation and payment claims from sub-contractors, prepare the final account of sub-contractors and interact with project management and consultant teams.
