Manager (Construction) (Ref: CM)

Development Division

Responsibilities

Reporting to the General Manager/Project Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible to manage and oversee the performance of the contractors on site in the areas of construction planning, site management, work execution, progress control and site safety of development projects of the Group.

Requirements

  • Degree holder of Building or Civil Engineering
  • 10 years of solid hands-on experience with building contractors, consultants or developers
  • Good knowledge of site management and project planning
  • Familiar with building regulation and high rise residential building construction
  • Good communication and leadership skill

Manager (Safety) (Ref: MS)

Development Division

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will inspect construction projects, give advice on safety improvements, monitor site safety performance of contractors, and liaise with project management teams and other consultant parties to enhance safety management. Conducting site safety training for technical staff is also part of this role.

Requirements

  • Degree or High Diploma holders in Occupational Safety, Civil Engineering or Building Construction
  • Member of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health is an advantage
  • Registered with the Hong Kong Labor Department as Safety Officer and Safety Auditor
  • Minimum 10 years of post-registration experience related to construction of high-rise buildings
  • Solid experience with major building contractors or developers
  • Site-based work location

Manager (Company Secretarial) (Ref:MCS)

Responsibilities

Responsibilities of the role include procurement in compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, implementation and execution of the Group’s compliance policies and procedures, preparation of agendas, minutes, statutory returns and other documents in compliance with laws and regulations in Hong Kong, Taiwan, and other jurisdictions, and participation in ad hoc projects when necessary.

Requirements

  • Degree holder with associate membership of ICSA / HKICS and solid knowledge in company secretarial field and / or legal aspects

The successful candidate will be responsible for the formulation and implementation of community engagement initiatives including community liaison work regarding different sectors and local stakeholders.  The key duties also include collecting information for drafting reports, managing a database system for analysis, supporting programmes and daily operation of the Department.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, implementation and quality control of enhancement schemes for existing properties, which may involve town planning, lands, transportation and building matters. Requirements
