Project Coordinator (Hong Kong Innovation Foundation) (Ref: PC-HKIF)

Responsibilities

As a member of the HKIF team, the Project Coordinator will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strategic relationships with different stakeholders across the community to build support around our Community Partners as well as to provide opportunities for ongoing engagement with HKIF. He / she will work with Manager to set strategic vision for the HKIF education programmes; organise and manage the programmes as well as to oversee the documentation, evaluation, and assessment of the programmes. In addition, he/ she will ensure that community members have the tools to make the change in their communities. Further duties include working directly with the instructor team to deliver curriculum to our targets, assisting the HKIF team with tracking, writing, budgeting for proposal and reporting, as well as duties reasonably related to the functions described above.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, social work, or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in education, teaching and / or working with children / youth in an educational environment
  • Strong social media expertise and IT skills, especially in Excel
  • Good team player with excellent communication & organisational skills, initiative, flexibility, adaptability and patience
  • Detail-oriented, with ability to prioritise and manage time accordingly
  • Good command of written English and Chinese
  • Willing to travel to different districts in Hong Kong
  • Passionate to social contribution and willing to work outside normal office hours

Officer (Group Procurement) (Ref: O-GP)

Group Procurement & Administration Department

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for communicating with internal departments/companies in respect of centralized bulk purchasing items, and preparing product specifications, quotation/tender documents, tender reports and contract documents. He/she will also assist in sample evaluation, tender analysis and price negotiations, keeping track and monitoring suppliers' performance as well as consolidating purchasing data for analyses and reports periodically.

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Purchasing and Supply or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience, preferably in corporate purchasing
  • Solid sourcing experience in items such as cleaning chemicals and equipment, computer and office supplies, telecommunication equipment and insurance programmes is preferred
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills, sense of urgency, meticulous, proactive, independent and able to work under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Chinese and English Word Processing
  • Strong Excel skills including pivot table, advanced formulas with experience dealing with large data tables would be a plus

Officer (Training & Development) (Ref: O-TD)

The successful candidate will assist Manager (Training & Development) in the implementation of talent development projects.  He/ She will also be responsible for managing social media platforms, liaising with universities for enhancing employer brand, managing vendors, benchmarking on the best practices and assisting in ad hoc projects as assigned.

Accounting Officer (Ref: AAO)

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will assist the team in answering the telephone enquiries from tenants in respect of billing amounts, maintaining the data in respect of tenants’ ledgers and providing supports to all matters related to Income Control.

  • Diploma in Accounting or LCCI third level or equivalent with 2 years of relevant experience
