Manager (Loyalty Events/Engagement Programs)

Corporate Marketing & Communications Department

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and management of CRM strategy and loyalty plan to optimize member engagement and acquisition. He/ She has to manage the overall loyalty platform including CRM system development and operation, loyalty strategy from planning, segmentation, analysis to executions and evaluations. He/ She will need to work closely with external vendors,  different business units and Technology team while internally has to conduct regular business and member base analysis and reports to understand insights and propose with recommendation to achieve group's KPI.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Statistics or related disciplines
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in CRM, loyalty, marketing or database management
  • Strong data sense with strategic mindset
  • Good people skills, customer-centric and good business acumen
  • Can-do attitude with the ability to work independently under pressure and tight deadlines

Manager (IT Service) (Ref: M-ITS)

Business Technology Department

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will directly report to the Department Head of Business Technology. He / She will act as the prime escalation point of IT services to ensure all the incidents and problems are handled. He / She will also maintain a good knowledge base to review the process of agreed IT services on a regular basis and drive the continuous service improvement plan of the team. Other responsibilities include assisting teammates with the application of basic diagnostic techniques in identification of problems, investigation of causes, and recommendation for solutions, as well as working with other managers and BUs to build a culture of high performance, pro-activity, business co-operation, continuous improvement and service delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or other relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience with 3+ years on related managerial roles
  • Holder of ITILv3 certificate is preferred
  • Hands-on experience in technical aspects of Windows, MacOS support and Office 365 related troubleshooting
  • Manage daily service operations E.g. User account management, Supervise outsourcing vendor etc. 
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese)

Project Manager/ Assistant Project Manager (Asset Enhancement) (Ref: PM/APM-AET)

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, implementation and quality control of enhancement schemes for existing properties, which may involve town planning, lands, transportation and building matters. He/she will co-ordinate project activities and requirements with designers, consultants and contractors to ensure the completion of projects within the time frame and required standards set by management in the most cost-effective manner.

Requirements

  • HKIA / RIBA or equivalent
  • At least 7 years of local experience in handling sizeable property development or renovation projects with property developers or consultant firms

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for the exploration of smart city, digital, property and other relevant technologies for the Sino Group, and facilitating the Sino Inno Lab as a sandbox and open platform for exchange of innovative ideas between the internal and external stakeholders (i.e. universities, start-ups). You will scout for new technologies by maintaining an effective network with innovation and technology community, conduct market research and analysis on latest trends, potential and emerging technologies, as well as plan, implement and organise engagement and promotion programmes to promote the Group’s culture of innovation in the technology community. Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in dealing with innovation and technology industry and start-up community. Background from building, hospitality, property or retail industry is highly regarded

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will report to the IT Security Manager. He/ She will be responsible in full spectrum of cyber security function in accordance with the established policies, guidelines and process. He/ She will also assist in advisory to project teams on emerging security requirements and potential security risk, work with internal parties and vendors to conduct system penetration test and vulnerability test and conduct regular review on IT Security or infrastructure, access control and applications. Other duties include conducting security incident handling, investigation and reporting, as well as providing IT compliance advice.
