Assistant General Manager (Sales & Marketing) (Ref: AGM-SM)

Sales Department

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will work under the sales department responsible for planning and the implementation of sales and advertising campaign, preparation of marketing collaterals, event and media relation management.  He/She will also have the opportunity to assist in a series of integrated marketing campaigns for the diversified property portfolio of the Group. 

Requirements

  • University graduate in Business, Marketing, Communications or related discipline
  • At least 12 years of working experience with 8 years in a senior management position in the field of property, luxury product marketing or advertising
  • Good network of marketing partners, agencies, design houses and suppliers
  • Highly committed to build a senior management career in property development
  • Strong sense of urgency, self-motivated and able to work independently and under pressure
  • Good communication and negotiation skills

Senior Leasing Manager/ Leasing Manager (Retail) (Ref: SLM/LM-R)

Responsibilities

The successful applicant for this post will manage a reputable regional mall over 1-million square foot plus a portfolio of retail properties in sub-urban areas and provide full spectrum of quality leasing services including trademix planning, implementation of strategy and prospecting and tenancy administration. Promoting retail properties and acquiring branded tenants through business connections and associated marketing events are further duties. The incumbents also work closely with various internal teams  to ensure  both tenants and customers enjoy our service excellence. 

Requirements

  • University graduates or above
  • Minimum 10 years of retail leasing experience (or 7 years for Leasing Manager) with a strong market sense
  • Holder of professional qualification in real estates is preferable
  • Experience in managing large-scaled shopping malls and/or substantial portfolio of retail properties preferred
  • Good knowledge of retail leasing practice
  • Excellent supervisory, leadership and interpersonal skills with sound analytical ability
  • Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure

In charge of the overall planning, implementation and quality control of sizeable composite developments, the successful candidate will co-ordinate project activities and requirements with consultants to achieve deliverables of the highest quality.

  • Authorized Person (Architect) / HKIA / RIBA or equivalent

The successful candidate will handle contract administration and award, cost estimation with analysis and maintain cost data bank, liaise with the project management team and other consultant parties.

Requirements

  • Degree holders in Quantity Surveying or equivalent

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a small team to conduct risk-based audits on local and overseas operations of the Group. He / She will be required to plan audit, conduct fieldwork, prepare draft reports and present findings and recommendations to Senior Management. In addition, he / she is also expected to handle ad hoc assignments and any other task allocated to him / her.

Requirements

  • Degree holder, major in accounting, finance, auditing or relevant disciplines
  • Qualified CPA, ACCA, CIA or equivalent
  • Minimum 12 years' experience in external and internal auditing with sizable company or accounting firm; experience in property development industry is preferred
  • Experience in enterprise risk management audit will be an advantage

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be an integral part of the Leasing Administration team to support all facets of leasing operation across all sectors of the investment properties portfolio.  He/ She will support to perform a comprehensive review of all standard operating procedures and revise/ update them with clear guidelines and workflow.  He/ She will also enforce and monitor the relevant policies and procedures at all levels of leasing operation on a daily basis, evaluate the efficiency of them and take up ad hoc projects as assigned in collaboration with the other functional sectors and/or departments.

Requirements

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will work in the Risk Management Team and assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of the Enterprise Risk Management Policy and Framework for the Group. He / she will co-ordinate regular risk assessment (including update of risk registers) and internal-control self assessments and review the assessment results. He / she will assist in preparing relevant reports and papers to Senior Management and the Audit Committee. Requirements

Manager (Building Services) (Ref: SM/MBSC)

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will lead a team of building service/ building environmental assessment consultant and site staff to independently handle projects from inception to completion stage, including liaison with utility companies, relevant government departments and local authority, design team members and contractors. Duties include advising on all contractual issues and building services design and works, preparing budget for building services installations, monitoring progress of building services work, checking and assessing variation and payment claims from work contractors, on-going verification on site work quality and control, and preparing final accounts for building services contracts and addressing enquiries on technical aspect and matter from our internal and external customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • Corporate member of recognized professional bodies (e.g. HKIE, CIBSE, IMechE) preferred
