Senior Project Manager/ Project Manager

Development Division

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Authorized Person (Architect) / HKIA / RIBA or equivalent

The successful candidate will handle contract administration and award, cost estimation with analysis and maintain cost data bank, liaise with the project management team and other consultant parties.

Requirements

  • Degree holders in Quantity Surveying or equivalent

Senior Manager / Manager (Internal Audit) (Ref: SM/M-IA)

Internal Audit Department

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a small team to conduct risk-based audits on local and overseas operations of the Group. He / She will be required to plan audit, conduct fieldwork, prepare draft reports and present findings and recommendations to Senior Management. In addition, he / she is also expected to handle ad hoc assignments and any other task allocated to him / her.

Requirements

  • Degree holder, major in accounting, finance, auditing or relevant disciplines
  • Qualified CPA, ACCA, CIA or equivalent
  • Minimum 12 years' experience in external and internal auditing with sizable company or accounting firm; experience in property development industry is preferred
  • Experience in enterprise risk management audit will be an advantage

Senior Manager / Manager (Analytical CRM) (Ref: SM-ACRM)

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, building and operating the analytical CRM for the group through formulating a data development framework and data analytics system to uncover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities. He/ She will take up a thought leadership role in the areas of advanced data techniques, including data modeling, access & integration, data mining & visualization, data discovery, statistical applications, database design and implementation of data warehouse at group level. He/ She will also manage company-wide analytical environment, including data security and architectural set up with technology team, as well as new data development and machine learning models. Other key responsibilities include translating business requirements to technical solutions leveraging business acumen and providing architectural & technical expertise to BU to promote best practices across the company.

Requirements

  • Degree in Data Science, Information Technology, Statistics or related discipline
  • Minimum 10 years of solid experience in multi-national, scalable retail and consultancy firm, preferred

Senior Manager / Manager (Risk Management) (Ref: SM/M-RM)

Internal Audit Department

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will work in the Risk Management Team and assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of the Enterprise Risk Management Policy and Framework for the Group. He / she will co-ordinate regular risk assessment (including update of risk registers) and internal-control self assessments and review the assessment results. He / she will assist in preparing relevant reports and papers to Senior Management and the Audit Committee. Other duties include conducting consultancy review and research on specific risk / governance topics. He / she will also participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned from time to time.

Requirements

  • Degree holder, major in risk management, finance, accounting or relevant disciplines
  • Qualified FRM,CPA, ACCA, CIA or equivalent
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in risk management, consultancy or external / internal auditing with accounting firm or sizable company
  • Experience in property development industry will be an advantage

Manager (Building Services) (Ref: SM/MBSC)

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will lead a team of building service/ building environmental assessment consultant and site staff to independently handle projects from inception to completion stage, including liaison with utility companies, relevant government departments and local authority, design team members and contractors. Duties include advising on all contractual issues and building services design and works, preparing budget for building services installations, monitoring progress of building services work, checking and assessing variation and payment claims from work contractors, on-going verification on site work quality and control, and preparing final accounts for building services contracts and addressing enquiries on technical aspect and matter from our internal and external customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • Corporate member of recognized professional bodies (e.g. HKIE, CIBSE, IMechE) preferred
  • At least 10 years of solid experience in handling M/E work in residential and commercial developments
  • Must have uncompromising integrity, strong sense of responsibility and good supervisory skills and sense of mutual respect

Reporting to the General Manager/Project Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible to manage and oversee the performance of the contractors on site in the areas of construction planning, site management, work execution, progress control and site safety of development projects of the Group.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will inspect construction projects, give advice on safety improvements, monitor site safety performance of contractors, and liaise with project management teams and other consultant parties to enhance safety management. Conducting site safety training for technical staff is also part of this role.

Requirements

  • Degree or High Diploma holders in Occupational Safety, Civil Engineering or Building Construction
  • Member of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health is an advantage
  • Registered with the Hong Kong Labor Department as Safety Officer and Safety Auditor
  • Minimum 10 years of post-registration experience related to construction of high-rise buildings

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of quality retail properties and lease marketing of new projects and renovated shopping mall. He/ She will assist the senior manager to lead the leasing team to work on new letting, renewals, direct marketing, market research, budget preparation and tenancy administration for shopping malls and retail properties. Further duties include managing day-to-day business operations and strategic planning of trade-mix, co-ordination of takeover and handover of premises, management of fitting-out works and renovation works, co-ordination with related parties on property management, monitoring of rates administration and ad hoc duties. The incumbent will also explore new clients through business connections and marketing events.

Requirements

  • University degree or related professional qualifications
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing, leasing, liaison with tenants and prospects as well as tenancy administration
  • Good understanding of retail leasing practice such as trade-mix and mall positioning with adequate retail-market sense
  • Experience with property developers or international real estate agency firms
  • Proactive, customer oriented and good networking with retailers and restaurant operators
  • Experience in pre-opening program planning, leasing and promotion will be an advantage
  • Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese with proficiency in Putonghua an advantage
